The Powers JV golf team finally got a break in the conditions on Thursday (4/24) in the Griffith Realty JV tournament held at Huron Meadows Metropark golf course in Brighton.The team finished 13th in a field of 24 teams. Bloomfield Hills won the event with a score of 301. Powers scored a team 347. Low scorers for Powers were freshmen Carter Semple (82) and Cooper Hill (84) and sophomore Andrew Snyder (83). The JV squad is in action next on Saturday at Hudson Mills MetroPark in Dexter.
