Powers Defeats Bendle 77-55 Powers opened their season up Tuesday night with a 77-55 win over neighboring Bendle. The Chargers opened the game on a 26-4 run and never looked back. Powers used a strong effort on the boards and fast pace to dominate the game. Eli Sturgess led the way with 19 points and 6 rebounds. Drew Simmons added 13 points. Andrew Caldwell had 12 points and 8 rebounds. Breckin Cicalo scored 12 points and added 8 assists. Drey Walton had 14 rebounds off the bench. Powers will host Caro Friday night in their next game.
