Powers Catholic High School

The Powers Varsity golf team competed in the MHSAA Region 2-11 tournament today at the Flint Golf Club and by virtue of a 3place finish were able to qualify for the MHSAA D-2 state finals. Cranbrook won the regional with a score of 291 followed by OLSM at 302. Powers was next at 306. The Chargers were led by Freshman Cooper Sexton (-1) 71 and Junior Cam Stilson 72. Senior Jack Johnson chipped in an 81 and Sophomore Carter Semple rounded out the scoring with an 82.
