FINAL SCORE Powers 1 – Midland Dow 3 Powers faced SVL North opponent Midland Dow last night, falling 3–1. Dow struck twice in the first half before the Chargers answered late. Senior Logan Johnson launched a deep ball forward that Senior Grant Roberts chased down, beating Dow’s last defender and sidestepping the keeper with a quick touch before burying the goal. Dow added one more midway through the second half to secure the win. The Chargers now turn their focus to a big week ahead, with matchups against powerhouses Clarkston and Detroit Country Day.
